What is included in a mini test?

We will record some personal details at the beginning of your appointment, and briefly look at your medical history for any potential triggers or causes for your symptoms.

Following this, we conduct the mini allergy test which includes 20 allergens, each of which has been listed below. No substitutions may be made to this list, and no additional items may be included in the mini allergy test.

Following your test, your results will be compiled for you to take away, and we will advise and discuss changes you should make to your diet to ensure that it remains balanced during the elimination period.

All tests include a free vitamin and mineral deficiency check.
